Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: June 2026
1. Free trial and subscriptions
FinClarus paid plans start with a 30-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. When the trial ends, the plan begins automatically and your saved payment method (card or UPI AutoPay) is charged for the chosen period (monthly or yearly), and then automatically at the start of each period after that until you cancel. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account settings (the Subscription tab), or by emailing us at hello@finclarus.com. If you cancel during the free trial, you are never charged. If you cancel a paid plan, it stays active until the end of the current period and is not renewed after that, with no further charge. You can continue on the free plan.
3. Refunds
Every paid plan includes a 30-day free trial, so you can evaluate FinClarus fully before any payment is taken.
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, including for unused time after a cancellation.
- If you were charged in error, or a verified technical fault on our side prevented you from using the service, contact us and we will review and, where appropriate, issue a refund.
4. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days, via our payment processor.
